Got a Fake Product?
We take health and your wealth very seriously. As we are in health business we would never sell you a tampered or fake product in any case. Sometimes due to packaging changes from the manufacturer, our customers think that the product is different and therefor fake. In this case, just contact us, We will explain and guide you with the changes made by the company and walk you through the verification process.
The easiest way to verify is by contacting the manufacturer. Each company has a different way to verify so contact us and we will guide you through.
Question: I contacted the company and they said its Fake.
Answer: In our 10 year of doing business we have never received a complaint that after contacting the manufacturer the company said its fake. But if they do, you get a complete refund! No questions asked. Plus we will do anything to please you! That is our commitment.
Got a Damaged product?
We make sure all products sent by us are damage free which includes clear expiration dates as well. But due to mishandling on the courier side or for unforeseen circumstances, damages to occur. In this case DONT WORRY!
Just send us the picture of the product on our WhatsApp number 03237963749. We will return the product free of charge and replace with another one.
Want to return Product for no particular reason?
Its your purchase you bought from your hard earn money and we get that. So for any reason you want to return or exchange the product you can do so in 30 days from the date of purchase. Make sure in this case you have not opened the product seal.

2. Returning the product(s)- If your request falls under the terms of our refund policy, you will be issued a return address label via email to package, and ship the products back to us.
